These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Omoggle AI ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Omoggle AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Omoggle. The Service is built for entertainment, photo presentation feedback, and shareable result cards.
Omoggle AI results, including mog scores, PSL-style ratings, verdict labels, blockers, and glow-up tips, are entertainment-style outputs. They are not objective attractiveness ratings, medical advice, psychological advice, identity verification, or a guarantee of how any person or platform will judge you.
You should not rely on Omoggle AI for high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for any photo you upload or use with the Service. You agree that you will not upload:
We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend users if we believe the Service is being misused.
You agree not to use the Service to harass, shame, threaten, dox, exploit, or target another person. You also agree not to attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment flows, or technical restrictions.
Omoggle AI uses meme-style language such as mogger, mogged, and glow-up needed. You are responsible for how you share result cards and for complying with the rules of platforms where you post them.
Some features may require an account, credits, or payment. Paid details will be shown at checkout before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated, credits and paid reports are for digital service access and may be subject to limitations, abuse checks, and refund policies shown at purchase.
The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, storage, support, and AI processing. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms.
The Service, including its design, text, software, branding, and result-card templates, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use downloaded result cards for personal or creator content, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
